Marked USA on bottom of pedestal, bottom is underglazed.  Great condition - no chips or cracks or crazing - approx. 12" x 8" - Believed to be from the McCoy Roseville Floraline line they produced for the florist trade - Floraline started June 9th, 1960. At the time Nelson McCoy was looking for an economical line of pottery that could be sold directly to individual florist shops. In fact the name "Floraline" was named for this purpose.
