The Black Watch is an infantry battalion of the Royal Regiment of Scotland.  The 1st Battalion landed in France in September 1939 as part of the 12th Brigade in the 4th Infantry Division for service with the British Expeditionary Force. The battalion later transferred to the 153rd Brigade of the 51st (Highland) Division.  

In the past collectors have tried to cherry pick so
each Regiment's memorabilia is being sold as a group.
