We believe this artifact to be a Russian 84 Standard Niello Silver Belt made and assayed in the Transcaucasian Administrative District, c.1910. but are not 100% certain – contains a maker's mark  (CA) and 84 standard sterling mark as pictured, and consists of 25 separate slides and a two part matching buckle covering the original leather strap -  belt is 23 1/2" long and weighs approx. 300 grams  -  excellent original condition and clear, crisp detail, with no monograms, removals, repairs or alterations, make this an especially attractive offering. The soft, warm, original antique finish is present, with no buffing or machine polishing
